Applicazione Point-to-Point – Connessione LAN a LAN

Un set di IVC-234GT potrebbe essere utilizzato per collegare due reti lan che si trovano in luoghi diversi. Tramite il cavo coassiale, è possibile impostare un backbone asimmetrico 200/100Mbps, ma un IVC-234GT deve essere Master (modalità CO) e l’altro Slave (modalità CPE).

Sorveglianza e sicurezza comunità/campus via IP

Per sfruttare il sistema di sorveglianza digitale e mantenere i vantaggi del cavo coassiale/RJ11 dell’IVC-234GT, le comunità, i campus e le imprese possono aggiornare il proprio sistema di telecamere analogiche a sistema di sorveglianza con telecamere IP senza utilizzare nuovi cavi aggiuntivi. Poiché l’IVC-234GT viene fornito con una porta RJ45 e un BNC Ethernet su porta coassiale; basta collegare il cavo UTP della telecamera IP alla porta Ethernet e il cavo coassiale esistente al connettore BNC, per distribuire ed estendere facilmente la distanza con la conversione del segnale trasmettendo i dati Ethernet dal cavo coassiale standard.
