Per quei luoghi in cui è difficile trovare una presa di corrente, la serie IGTP-80xT fornisce la maniera più semplice per alimentare apparecchiature di rete come telecamere IP PTZ, telecamere IP speed dome, telefoni VoIP con touch-screen a colori, Access Point LAN wireless multicanale (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac) e altri dispositivi di rete che richiedono una potenza maggiore per funzionare regolarmente. Ad esempio, gli utenti possono installare, in modo flessibile, telecamere IP di sicurezza, access point wireless e altre apparecchiature di rete conformi allo standard IEEE 802.3at /IEEE 802.3af, in aree pubbliche come stazioni, autostrade, aeroporti e campus per esigenze di sorveglianza e di roaming wireless.
